Fees and Funding

Fees

In accordance with preschool policy and new guidance from The Department of Education parents have the option to choose whether they will pay the associated fee for certain costs incurred by the preschool such as food and consumables (including subsidising additional Activity days). ​

Additional costs per session: 

Breakfast          - £0.40 - children who attend breakfast club

Snacks              - £0.70 

Consumables     - £0.30   

Invoices are sent out half termly. Fees are due within two weeks from when invoices are issued (if an alternative time is required, please contact the manager), and can be paid via bank transfer or cash.

 

Funding

We are pleased to offer Funding Early Education for Two Years old (FEET), Funded Early Education & Childcare for 3 and 4 year old, as well as support to those studying:

 

Funded Early Education for Two year old (FEET):

This offers eligible families up to 15 hours of funded early education and childcare a week for 38 weeks a year. For further information on FEET, click here.

 

Funded Early Education & Childcare for 3 and 4 year old:

In England all three and four year old are entitled to up to 15 hours of funded early education and childcare a week for up to 38 weeks a year. This is to give children the opportunity to take part in planned learning activities, and help prepare them for school. Children are entitled to this offer from the term commencing after their third birthday. For further information on Funded Early Education & Childcare for 3 or 4 year old, click here.

Working Parents Funding

3 & 4 Year Old​ -  Qualifying Working Parents can access a further 15 hours per week for 38 weeks.  ( To qualify National minimum wage for 16 hours per week but less than £100,000 per year). 

2 Year Old -  Qualifying Working Parents can access 30 free hours per week for 38 weeks. ( To qualify National Minimum Wage for 16 hours per week but less than £100,000 per year).​

Care to Learn, Discretionary Learner Support, Childcare Grant:

Depending on your age and level of studying, you may be entitled to financial support whilst you study. Please check the Surrey County Council Website for further information on Parents in Education.
